An aspect of my position that I find professionally rewarding and of significant benefit to the students of our region is the opportunity to learn and teach methods to better meet their learning needs. I regularly attend courses and workshops to prepare me to lead our teachers and administrators to implement those methods. These represent some of those initiatives.
